Can "cleaning up after we dirty up" keep us well?

I learned that our bodies are like a gold fish bowl. You pour in nutrition, oxygen and create good pH and nourishment and clean it out regularly and you'll have a balanced fish and water. Your gold fish lives long and well. On the other hand, if you add chemicals, radiation, preservatives and life-less food to the "gold fish bowl", then decay grows in the tank then weakens poor fishy and it decays and does not get a long life. If the bowl is not cleaned brain, body and immune system fails, it swims wonky, it’s fins, tail and body-parts get attacked by microbial or fungal invaders. The gold fish gives up and dies prematurely. Then it gets flushed down the toilet.

Our family, left chemical foods behind (except occasionally we eat “junk food”, then we “clean up after we dirty up”). And you can do that daily with a little baking soda in water or drop of oregano oil under your tongue or as herb or in capsule form. We do not need medical, pharmaceutical, radiation, chemo-therapy, implants and transplants approaches as a result. We rediscovered common sense and that applies to eating food that supports re-generation of cells and self-healing.
